How does Suitcase Center protect customer information?
When you place an order or access your account information, our servers use Secure Sockets Layers (SSL). SSL encrypts, or scrambles, your information while in transit to us, and it can only be decrypted, or unscrambled, by an authorized computer. Furthermore, all the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
How to order
To find the item you're looking for, you can browse by brand or product type using the navigation bar above. When you find an item you would like to purchase, select the color you would like, and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will then be directed to your "Cart". After adding an item to your cart, if you would like to continue shopping and add other items to your order, click on menu bar. At any time you can remove items from your cart, change the amounts of products selected, or simply review the details of each item. You will find a link to your Shopping Cart on the upper right hand corner of every page. When you are finished shopping and would like to "Check Out", or complete your order, simply click the "Checkout" button in your cart and you will be guided through the secure checkout process which will ask you for your shipping address, billing address, and payment information.

Modify or Cancel an Order
Suitcase Center will cancel or modify your order if your request is made before the item has shipped from our warehouse or the order has been sent to one of our vendors. Because many of our items ship the same day they are ordered to ensure a timely shipment, it is necessary that you call us within a few hours of placing your order should you decide you'd like to cancel your order. We will make every attempt to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop processing. However, should you receive an item you do not want, don't worry... you can return it!
Receipts & Packing Slips
All orders will be sent a confirmation e-mail shortly after the order is placed. Please print or save the order confirmation email for your records. The order confirmation will serve as your receipt and proof of purchase. Suitcase Center does not include a receipt or packing slip with your order. If you have misplaced your order confirmation or require a duplicate receipt, simply contact us. Duplicate receipts can be sent via e-mail or fax.
